Doubled Arrows

Normal sudoku rules apply. In addition:
- Arrows: Values on an arrow sum to the value in the arrow's circle
- Doublers: 9 cells in the grid are doubler cells, one each in every row, column and 3x3 box, representing the digits 1 to 9 once each. Digits in a doubler cell count double their value for the purposes of arrows
