Broken Fan

On a hot day, don't run your fan too hard, it might end up like this.
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. Different branches of an arrow do not sum together.
- Digits on thermometers must strictly increase from the bulb end.
- Black dots indicate a 1:2 ratio between cells.
