Nine Men's Morris

This puzzle was created for the weekly prompt from Scojo. This week Dorlir decided the theme and chose games. I decided to tackle the board game Nine Men's Morris. Thanks to the CtC-fan-discord for testing.
- 7x7 Latin Square: Place the digits 1-7 in every empty cell. Digits may not repeat in rows or columns.
- Counting Circles: A digit in a white circle indicates how many white circles contain that digit.
- Anti-Counting-Circles: A digit in a blue circle indicates how many blue circles don't contain that digit
- German Whispers: Adjacent digits on a green line differ by 5 or more.
- Parity-Lines: Adjacent digits on a red line have different parity (odd/even).
