Build Different Regions
Rules:
1. Place the digits from 1 to 8 exactly once into every row and column.
2. Divide the digits from 1 to 8 into two teams such that every digit is in exactly one of the two teams.
3. The final grid is fully filled with regions of orthogonally connected cells (a region might also be just a single cell). Each region contain only digits from one team and digits do not repeat in region. Orthogonally adjacent regions are build of digits from different teams. No two regions can contain exactly identical composition of digits.
4. A number clue gives the sum of all the digits in region. The sum clues are in an arbitrary position within the region. Each region has at most one clue, but may also have none at all.
5. An inequality sign between two cells points larger digit.
