This deserves definitely more than 1*. Perhaps 3?
The logic is beautiful. I had to do a lot of arithmetics to exclude options.

I maybe missed something for others to rate this 1* in difficulty...
The puzzle collapsed after the break-in but the break-in (at least the one I found) was not so obvious (but very cool!).
