RULES:
Normal Sudoku: Fill the grid with the digits 1 to 9 appearing once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
159: Rows and columns 1, 5, and 9 are indexers; for example, if r5c3 = X then rXc3 = 5, or if r7c9 = Y then r7cY = 9. Row indexers are colored blue and column indexers are colored red. Cells that are purple function as both.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the circle at the base of the arrow.

I'm not the best with indexing puzzles but once it clicked it was surprising how elegant it was.
