PUZZLE:

RULES:

"Normal" Schrödinger and Team Sum rules apply

(i.e. place the digits 0 through 9 once each in every row, column and box;
two of the digits will have to share a Schrödinger Cell;
each row, column and box contains exactly one Schrödinger Cell;
logical constraints consider the sum value of each cell
).

(i.e. divide the digits from 0 through 9 into two teams such that every digit is in exactly one of the two teams;
the finished grid is divided into orthogonally connected areas which contain only digits from one team
and are bounded by digits of the other team and/or the border of the grid;
a number clue gives the sum of all digits in the area;
digits may repeat in such an area and the sum clues are in an arbitrary position within the area;
each area has at most one clue but may also have none at all;
digits on opposing teams may not share a cell
).

Note: A "?" is a stand in for any integer sum, including double digit numbers.

INTRODUCTION:

Built upon the incredible logic of Phistomefel's latest puzzle Team Sum Sudoku.

I just couldn't help myself - Schrödinger cells are the spice of life.

Simplified solve path (removed clues previously added for symmetry)

I haven't solved the other team-sum puzzle but this one was excellent. Loved the geometry that was packed into this.

First break in was tough to wrap my head around but it was so smooth afterwards

Luckily I watched Simon's solve of Phistomefel puzzle yesterday. It helped. Very nice break-in. A lovely flow after that.

Awesome puzzle ! A cool twist on the "team sum" rule. Enjoyed testing it. Thanks :)

A precision for future solvers : A "?" is a stand in for any integer sum, including double digit numbers.

@Christounet - Added your clarification above. Truly an honour to have you as a tester; my preoccupation with S-Cells began with how good your puzzles with them included have been. Many thanks <3 -- VKP

Very nice puzzle. I did have to restart once after realizing mid-way through the puzzle that I had made a logical leap in the break-in. Turned out that I would have gotten lucky with my incorrect logic.
