Rules
Normal Sudoku Rules apply. Digits along the indicated diagonal cannot repeat.
Build-Your-Own-Arrow; Digits along an Arrow must sum to the digits in that arrows attached circle. But the arrows are missing; for every circle a arrow has to be found by the solver. Arrows can cross each other, but they cannot share a cell with another arrow or circle.
