Here is a little puzzle combining my least favorite constraint which are arrows and whispers. Enjoy!
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Adjacent digits along a green line must have a difference of at least 5.
3. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit on that arrow's circle.
