Chaotic Miracle

This puzzle was set for the CTC Discord's April 2024 prompt of "Easter Eggs And April Fools."
Rules:- Chaos Construction Sudoku: Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and 9 cell orthogonally connected region. The shape and location of each region must be determined.
- Miracle Sudoku: A digit may not appear a chess king's move or a chess knight's move away from another of the same digit. Additionally, no adjacent cells can contain consecutive digits.
- Circles: A digit in a circle indicates how many times that digit appears in a circle in the puzzle. It also indicates how many of the up to 9 cells surrounding the circle (including itself) are in the same region as that circle.
- Diamonds: A digit in a diamond indicates how many times that digit appears in a diamond in the puzzle. It also indicates the total number of cells within the same region as the diamond that can be seen horizontally and vertically from the diamond, including itself. A region border or the edge of the grid blocks the line of sight.

Thank you for the puzzle. Can you clarify if "adjacent cells" in the miracle sudoku rule includes diagnoally adjacent cells?

I had so much trouble getting started on this one. 100 minutes in, I still had only placed 5 digits placed. But some coloring/shading and I was on my way quickly from there!
