---- RULES ----

Normal Sudoku rules apply: Fill the grid with digits 1 to 9 appearing once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box.

Parity Loop: Draw a single 1-cell-wide loop of orthogonally connected cells into the grid that enters no cell more than once. Adjacent digits along the loop have opposite parity. (Note, the loop can touch itself!)

Circles: Every circle must be visited by the loop and the loop must turn at every circle. Furthermore, between two circles, the loop must turn exactly once more. Digits in circles equal the sum of steps until the loop reaches the next turn in each direction.

Kropki Dots: Cells connected by a white dot contain consecutive digits.
