Normal sudoku rules apply.
A digit is circled if and only if it indicates how many of the up to 9 cells surrounding the circle (including itself) are prime numbers (2, 3, 5, 7). I.E. all such circles are given.

Reply: Glad you enjoyed the concept. I worked really hard to get the rules as elegant as possible and I was pretty surprised that this type of puzzle can even have a unique solution.

First half was great, a couple of key points in the second half felt like I had to look a long way ahead to find a contradiction.
