Thank you to everyone who has followed along with the Slingshot Skirmish series! I consider this puzzle to be the capstone of at least the original quest to make a series of Slingshot puzzles. Although there is still plenty to do with slingshots mixed with other clue types, I'd like to take a break from slingshots at this point and explore some other variants for a while. I have greatly enjoyed creating this series so I think I am likely to return to it at some point, but for now, you can think of this puzzle as the season finale to season 1 of Slingshot Skirmish! This entry is quite challenging, but my testers found it very satisfying to unravel and I hope you do too! Good luck!

This puzzle introduces some diagonal slingshots that function exactly the same way as orthogonal slingshots do, only this time the digit being "slung" may be diagonally adjacent to the slingshot arrow, and the direction the digit is "slung" may be along a diagonal line. I have provided examples of both kinds of diagonal slingshots in the rules.

Renban Lines: Digits on a pink line form a non-repeating, consecutive set of numbers in any order.

German Whispers: Adjacent digits on a green line differ by 5 or more.

Quadruples: The digit in a circle appears at least once in the surrounding four cells.

Slingshots: The digit adjacent to the base of a bent arrow also appears in the direction of the arrow at the distance indicated by the digit on the arrow. (For example, if r2c1 was 3 and r3c2 was 4, then r3c6 must also be 3. If r9c1 was 7 and r8c1 was 2, then r6c3 must also be 7.)
