Far Far Away (Doubler Remote Sums Sudoku)

Rules
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Doublers: Nine cells (one per row/column/box) are doublers, and have values equal to double their digit. Each digit appears in exactly one doubler.
- Remote Sums: A value X in a cage points to a second value Y located X cells away vertically or horizontally. The number in the top left corner of the cage indicates the sum of X+Y.
