I'm pretty pleased to have found this simple little pattern that without many rules or restrictions just somehow solves, I hope you enjoy it too!

Put the digits 0 to 8 in every row, column and 3x3 box.
A cell with a black circle is positioned somewhere between the 0 and 8 in both its row and column. The sum of the digits between the 0 and 8 is equal in its row and column.
The digit in a cell with an orange circle is equal to the highest digit in the eight cells surrounding it.
