Anti-Knight: Cells separated by a chess knight's move may not contain the same digit.
Unique Nabner: No two cells on a yellow line may contain either the same digit or consecutive digits. Additionally, no yellow line may contain all the digits that appear on another yellow line.
Ratio Pairs: Cells connected by a black dot must contain digits in a ratio of 2:1. Not all possible dots are necessarily given.
Solution code: Row 1 + Column 1 (18 digits)

Really nice puzzle! I struggled a bit at the start to get my head round the unique nabner constraint, but after I decided to just try writing down different combinations everything fell into place.

Gosh, it took me a long while to find the starting idea but man, was it oddly satisfying once I achieved so. A very interesting puzzle overall :)
