14 Times 2 (Arrow sudoku)

Continuing to put up a few older puzzles I made. This was my attempt at using a certain break-in technique, and while I know it’s not to everyone’s taste I still really enjoy this puzzle. I hope you do too!
Oh, the title is just because there are 14 two-cell arrows.
Rules
Standard Sudoku Rules apply.
Standard arrow rules: Digits on an arrow sum to the value in the attached circle.
Solution code: Enter row 4, left to right.
