Chaos Construction - Border Relations

I have been in a setting rust for the past months. The recent Chaos Constructions motivated me to set another one myself :) Difficulty should be around high 4, but should not be in 5 star territory for anyone accustomed to Chaos Construction tricks. Enjoy!

Rules:
Chaos Construction Sudoku: Divide the grid into 9 orthogonally connected 9 cell regions such that each row, column and region contains the digits 1-9 without repeats.
Kropki Dots: A kropki dot always separates two regions and has the following properties:

  1. A white kropki dot separates two regions which have a consecutive amount of continuous cells touching that border in that row/column. The sum of the digits in the respective regions is also consecutive.
  2. A black kropki dot separates two regions whose amount of continuous cells touching that border in that row/column is in a ratio of 1:2. The sum of the digits in the respective regions is also in the ratio of 1:2.

Not all dots are given. The border between R2-R3C9 is pre-given.

Very difficult irregular sudoku. Took me a while. Great puzzle. I love chaos constructions. Thank you very much for creating this. I had a blast :)

The initial flow was very obvious snd then one hits rough waters and it becomes extremely rough weather later on. I had to really plod my way though this puzzle. After solving the openings at various stages look very obvious but it is a really tough puzzle specially in middle and endgames. Thanks a lot for sharing!

Loved it. Region building started fast but then slowed down but Logic kept flowing for smooth solve.

Amazing! Great idea for a ruleset, and the way the regions/digits all just perfectly fit together is very satisfying. Beautiful construction.

Quite an easy start, but don’t get too confident there because the solve has some surprises to offer later on. It was very pleasing to see how everything came together at the end :)
