Rules: Normal Sudoku rules apply. In a cage, digits sum to a total and must not repeat. Each pair of orthogonally touching cages has an identical product of totals.
Background (not required for solving the puzzle): Heisenberg's uncertainty principle (also known as the indeterminacy principle) states that two complementary properties of a quantum mechanical system cannot have sharply defined values at the same time. The product of their "uncertainty" is at least ℏ/2 with Planck's constant h = 2πℏ. If the minimum uncertainty of one quantity decreases, that of the other must increase. For example, the momentum of a particle (mass times velocity) will be less precisely determined if its position is more precisely determined. In the puzzle, the case of minimum uncertainty is realized for both quantities, so that the equal sign applies, and if one cage has a smaller total, its neighbor must have a larger total. The numerical value of "Planck's constant" in the puzzle must be determined during the solve.
Solution code: All digits of row 3 (from left to right) followed by column 7 (from top to bottom) without spaces.

The first attempt got messed up in uncertainties but managed to decipher the Planck's Constant the second time. Fun puzzle. Thanks, @ Tobias Brixner :).

Really tough break-in, but the rest is smooth. Initially looks like 4-5, in the end just 3 difficulty for me.

Fun puzzle! I enjoyed placing the cage sums. It wasn't as difficult as I expected
