I added a small fish to fix this puzzle. I'm so sorry for wasting people's time. I don't know how four people solved this before!!! You are geniuses. (Sorry to delete it, I made a series of errors that made it worthwhile my starting afresh.)
Solution code: Top two lines of digits typed without spaces, row 1 left to right, row 2 left to right
