Skyspotting Snack by Teal

Rules:
  • Normal 6x6 sudoku rules apply.
  • A clue N outside a row or column indicates that all digits between the clue and the digit N in that row or column must be smaller than N.
  • (In other words, "the skyscraper of height N is seen")

Inspired by @Top_Autism's excellent puzzle "Skyspotter" based on @rockyroer's idea for the constraint (both on the CTC Discord) - Thanks to them!

This was indeed a snack as I consumed it while eating lunch. Loved the logic. Skyscraper experience might be an advantage.

My favorite clue was the 5 on the left side... I would love to explain why I liked that clue, but this isn't a good place for spoilers.

My first successful skyscraper! Definitely a harder variant, but an approachable puzzle to help learn it.

This feels like a hard variant to break into to learn the tricks, but this puzzle has been a good start for me
