Normal sudoku rules apply.
On a thermometer, digits increase starting from the bulb.
Digits cannot repeat within a cage.
Cages are containers filled with water, air, or both. Water cells and air cells cannot exist in the same row within a container, and air cannot be below water within a container.
The digits 1 to 4 represent air, and 5 to 9 water.
