Parity Sum Kingdom
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. The sum of the digits along the blue line must be the same within each 3x3 box the blue line passes through. Furthermore, adjacent cells on the blue line have different parities i.e. one digit is odd and the other digit is even. Digits separated by king's move can't be the same.
Solution code: Row 8 followed by row 9.
