Barbells 2

This puzzle is a sequel to my previous puzzle, "Barbells". I think this ruleset has some potential!
Normal sudoku rules apply.
The 'barbells' are silhouettes of arrows overlaid on thermometers - digits increase from one end and add to the total given by the digit on the other end.
Which end is the arrow bulb and which is the thermometer bulb must be deduced by the solver.
