Here is a neat solution to a puzzle I made just messing around in SudokuMaker. I believe it is 1.5 stars out of 5 for difficulty. You can play it here on SudokuPad.
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits in a cage cannot repeat and sum to the digit in the top left corner of the cage. Digits along a thermometer strictly increase from the bulb end to the tip. The blue line is a region sum line, each border separates the line into segments that have the same sum.
