Normal 4x4 Sudoku rules always apply.
I. Tiny Regionometer
The box borders divide the grey line into segments, whose sums must increase in one direction along the line.
II. Perfect Squares
Every cage sums to a perfect square.
III. Do Not Go Gentle
- Digits separated by a white dot have adjacent values.
- Digits separated by a black dot are in a 2:1 ratio.
- Odd digits never see another of the same digit a knight's move away.
- Even digits always see at least one of the same digit a knight's move away.
IV. Why Sum?
Numbers outside the grid are the sum of the first Y digits along the row or column, where Y is Yth digit in the row or column starting from the clue. A question mark stands for some number. Not all possible Y-sum clues are necessarily given.
Y-Sum Example
Solution code: R3C2 of each puzzle (4 digits total)

Very enjoyable. Y-sums was a new one for me but got my head around it and got the result!

Nice puzzle set. Grid III has some particularly nice logic, far more beautiful than I would have ever expected of a 4x4!

Really fun for a coffee break. :)
The 3rd one was a bit more tricky.
