Digits in a circle appear at least once in the 4 surrounding cells
Every cage have an circle in top/left corner and the total of the 4 surronding cell of that circle is that cage's total
In other words, cage total is equal to attached circle total if the circle have all 4 surronding cells counted
Digits can not repeat within a cage
