Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Digits in cages cannot repeat and must sum to the small clue in the corner of the cage. Digits along the indicated diagonals sum to the corresponding little killer clue outside the grid and can include repeats. Digits cannot repeat along the marked diagonal from R1C1 to R9C9. White dots seperate consecutive digits. Black dots seperate digits in the ratio of 1:2. Digits along a thermometer increase from the bulb end.
