Switching Parity

I don't know if anyone have made this ruleset before, but if it have been made, please let me know.
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Clues outside the grid indicate how many times any two orthogonally connected cells along that row/column having different parity.
3. In cages, digits cannot repeat and must sum to the small clue in the top left corner.
4. Adjacent digits along a green line must have a difference of at least 5.
