great flow on this one - I didn't find scanning bad at all, being methodical with digits you have a lot of went well for me :) loved a certain x-wing that fixed some indeterminate domino borders at one point. thank you!

Some gorgeous interplay between the elements of the ruleset. Really enjoyable, thanks.

This was wonderful. Uses every bit of constraints and logic at every point.

Beautiful construction. Easy to start, and then a lot of scanning near the end.

Wonderful puzzle, thanks so much! At ~20% I found a different approach to the logic, and then it was a very quick and smooth solve.

Must be a long time ago when I solved such a Sudominoku puzzle. This one is very good! And it was a great pleasure to solve. Thank you so much for setting and sharing.

The first domino sudoku was published by Ed Pegg, jr. in his online-series „Math Games“ of September 2005 featuring „Sudoku Variations“. You can find it via mathpuzzle.com.

Thanks for this! I've coded it up in case anyone wants to try it (though be warned that it does imply some slight spoilers for my puzzle): https://sudokupad.app/sjhgrheew5
I haven't solved it yet so I can't attest to it's quality :P

Very satisfying to solve, working out where the dominoes were was fun but some of the logic coming from the uniqueness was especially intriguing

Quite clever. This puzzle is "top domino"!
It builds and builds, and then finally comes tumbling down.

Thank you kindly! That feeling of tumbling is exactly what I was going for! -VitaminZ

This made a horrible commute home very enjoyable…. Once I’d figured out a few things at the start it flowed very nicely and the final deduction was really enjoyable for me…. Thank you for making what would have been a horrible end to the week more enjoyable.

Very cool mechanic, and one that must be very hard to set with! Came together really nicely.
