Ordinary sudoku, killer cage and kropki dot rules apply.
All kropki dots are given: wherever consecutive digits are orthogonally adjacent they are separated by a white dot. Wherever digits in a 1:2 ratio are orthogonally adjacent, they are separated by a black dot.
BUT
"Never 4" rule applies. There are no 4s. Place the digits 012356789 in every row column and box.
For white kropki dots, 0 and 1 are consecutive; 0 and 9 are not.

Thank you. My first was “Poet himself,” which began as an anagram of Phistomefel, became a tribute to Edgar Allen Poe, and then the Raven quoth “never 4.”

Awesome. You might enjoy “poet himself” then. That is where I came up with the “never 4” rule.

Fixing solution code

Would you please check following bugs:
1. solution code does not seem to be correct
2. the Sudokupad solution checker uses 4 instead of 0
Thank you for your comment. The solution code was missing. I recentered it using the 0s. I do not know if it is possible to make Sudokupad recognize zeroes. When setting the puzzle I replaced 0 with 4 and “solved” the puzzle, and I believe that is the 1 solve in the Sudokupad version. Please try your solution code with the zeroes to get a solve on Logic Masters Germany.
