I'd rate it a 2* puzzle. Very smooth, but one is tempted to think German Whispers instead of Dutch and mess up the pencil marks.

Sometimes, halfway through a Dutch Whispers puzzle, I think my brain switches to German Whispers and I mess up a pencil mark or two and have to either back-track or start over. Almost always easier the second time.

I agree with a couple of others and would say it's a 2* difficulty in my opinion. Great puzzle! Sometimes I think people just vote the difficulty at whatever it's at when they finish ;)
