This puzzle is dedicated to Reina Ichioka. She was the leader of BEYOOOOONDS since its inception in 2018, but sadly had to graduate from the group on 1st March 2024 due to illness. She was very fond of trains and could recite all the stations on the Yamanote line. In fact, her BEYOOOOONDS sub-unit CHICA#TETSU was based on her love of trains, and all their songs are based on the Japanese train network. Lyric translation.

The constraints in this Sudoku form a Doctor Yellow train, a high-speed train which runs to diagnose problems on the Tokaido Shinkansen and San'yō Shinkansen. Since its schedule it not made public, seeing a Dr Yellow train is considered good luck. Here is a video of Reina finding a Doctor Yellow train.

The given digits are significant dates in Reina's BEYOOOOONDS life.
