Hint 1: I have no clue
This is not a Sudoku, but three Sudoku puzzles. Note that the numbers for the red, green, and blue primary colors are all between 1 and 9, while the numbers for the three mixed colors are all between 2 and 18.
Hint 2: How to extract
If you want to fill in the number of this color in each colored grid, what should you fill in? Just convert these numbers into letters.

The first half of this puzzle is really cool. It's an impressive construction! I enjoyed some of the harder steps. The scanning gets a little rough after awhile.

The solution code was quite the curve-ball and had little to do with the solve, I definitely had to check the hint and thought about not entering it... That said, that was still a very original and fun puzzle. Not too hard to figure how to get going, but quite a bit of work afterwards, yet still fun and well put together
