On a personal note: This might be the last Sudoku I build, at least for a while. My warmest thanks to everyone who's solved my puzzles, tested them, and provided feedback and encouragement along the way. And to CtC, for their kindness in featuring my puzzles, for the positivity they shine out into an often bleak world with every episode, and for the the remarkable evolution in variant Sudoku that their channel has fostered. I'll keep watching along with interest from the sidelines.
And a quick plug. I'll continue creating content on my youtube channel. Primarily cryptic crossword solving and construction, but the occasional Sudoku solve. youtube.com/@apiyo_puzzles
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
If two digits are joined by a black dot, one is twice the other. If two digits are joined by a white dot, they are consecutive.
Draw a Dutch whisper line starting and ending in the green circles. The line moves orthogonally, except across region borders were it Must move diagonally. The line never intersects itself and must not visit the caged cells. The line must visit every region exactly once, as well as every given digit (shaded).
On a Dutch whisper line, neighbouring digits must differ by at least 4.)
