Circles in circles

Rules
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Big circles are clones, i.e. they must have the same digits in the same positions (only along the circunference). Digits can repeat on them.
- If a digit is inside a medium circle, it indicates how many times that same digit appears inside medium circles.
- Small circles connect consecutive numbers.
