Draw two non-overlapping groups of orthogonally connected cells in the grid, leaving some cells unused. No 2x2 area is entirely contained in one of those groups. Clues must remain unused i.e. cannot belong to either group of connected cells. Clues represent the lengths of the blocks of consecutive cells (of any group) in the (up to) eight cells surrounding the clue.
Puzzle:
Solution code: The lengths of the blocks of consecutive cells in a group (ignoring white cells) for Row 2 (left to right) followed by Column 2 (top to bottom).

Great puzzle, as not that acustomed to the rules this was quite nice. Had to read the rules a few Times just to get the Idea,
A minor example migth have helped.

Takes a bit of thinking to understand the implications of the rules, but not too hard once you do. Very fun logic.
