Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- A clue in a cell indicates the difference between either its two horizontal neighbors, or its two vertical neighbors, or both (in either order) in case of a double-clue.
For example, the clue in R6C4 specifies that the difference between R6C3 and R6C5 and the difference between R5C4 and R7C4 must both be 7.
If a clue is in a cell bordering the grid then, for the difference normal to the border, the second digit should be taken as zero.
