Shade some cells such that
- if a cell is shaded, exactly two of its orthogonally adjacent neighbors are shaded,
- the number of shaded cells in a row or column equals the given numbers.
Solution code: Row 1 and row 9. 0 for non-shaded cells, 1 for the shaded ones.
