Unless I am mistaken, doesn't "all clues are wrogn" imply that the "negative constraint applies" clue is *also* wrong and thus there would be no negative constraint?
Regardless, pretty easy puzzle once you get the mechanic down! I would probably recommend changing the solution code since it doesn't require the puzzle to be solved.

The puzzle itself is not quite trivial, although still easy once you figure it out. However, the solution code is trivial if you read the rules - almost kills the fun.
