This puzzle was a long time coming. Thank you to the testers: RockyRoer for being the only person to give it a go for a while and especially Xenonetix for helping with publishing for the first time and puzzle polish.

  • Normal Chaos Construction rules apply with a twist.
    • Every given digit defines the height or width of the region in which it is; no two givens are in the same region.
    • Height/width is defined by the amount of rows/columns, which the region is contained within respectively.
    • No region forms a 2x2 box.
  • Cells joined by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio, not all dots are given.
  • Cells sum to the the given total of the cages.
    • Cages only contain regions whose given is within them.

Very nice, especially once you re-remember the 2x2 rule halfway through!

Took me about 30 minutes to notice the 2x2 constraint. Solves beautifully with that in mind. Thanks for a great puzzle!
