I've never worked with the Skyscraper or Numbered Rooms constraints before, but I feel like combining them resulted in some interesting logic that you all will hopefully enjoy :D
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Each number outside the grid acts like a Skyscraper clue and a Numbered Room clue.
- Skyscrapers: digits in the grid represent skyscrapers of that height, with taller skyscrapers obscuring smaller ones. A clue outside the grid shows the number of all visible skyscrapers from the clue's direction.
- Numbered Rooms: clues outside the grid indicate the digit which has to be placed in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.
