Low Pressure Gauges: Numbers inside a BLUE low pressure gauge indicate how many digits STRICTLY GREATER than that number appear in the up to 8 cells surrounding the gauge.
High Pressure Gauges: Numbers inside a RED high pressure gauge indicate how many digits STRICTLY SMALLER than that number appear in the up to 8 cells surrounding the gauge.

Wow, a bit of a brain burner! Took me a while to wrap my head around the interactions between circles in close proximity. Got there in the end though. (Sudoku to the rescue!)

Had to check the rules about 80 times during this solve but a very fun premise! Beautiful interactions the whole way through!

Great puzzle! The logic takes a bit to keep straight, had to back up a couple different times getting the high and lows backwards.
