Rules:
Killer:
In cages, digits must sum to the samll clue in the top left corner of the cage.
Ratio:
Digits seperated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
Difference:
Digits seperated by a white dot have a difference of 1.
Ratio/Difference:
Digits seperated by a grey dot have either a 1:2 ratio or a difference of 1.
You can solve it at f-puzzle or CTC.

Changed dot in 5th row from grey to white to secure uniqueness.

Greg: I thought so too, but then realized that one pairing across a pair of boxes led to inability to complete a digit in a separate box, and so only 1 solution was available to me. Hope this isn't much of a spoiler.
