Miracle Hexagon Sudoku

I was surprised to learn that it's quite doable to classify all solutions to hexagon sudoku on this board; if you want an extra challenge you can do this :). (As such I'm not sure how original this concept is)

Idea partly due to a discord user known as pinkanberry.

Number the boxes 1-7; no row, left or right diagonal, or hexagonal cell may have repeated digits. Digits must increase along the thermometer.

I think it's far from obvious that a solution must be rotationally symmetric, but my solve path uses it :)

(I think "find a solution" is considerably easier than "prove the solution is unique")
