Rules:

• Place the digits 0-9 in each row, column, and outlined region.
• Digits in cages must sum to the given total without repeating.
• Each digit in a large circle must appear at least once in the surrounding four cells.
• Digits separated by a small white dot must differ by one.
• Digits separated by a black dot must form a ratio of 1:2.

Note that this is a 10x10. Use the digits 0-9. Do not use 10 as a digit. SudokuPad's killer calculator gets confused on 10x10s, so use it with caution.
