Alternate Japanese sums rules apply. Primary colors used for clues in this grid are yellow, blue, and red, though colors that can appear in the grid include also orange, green, purple, and brown.
The squares outside the grid indicate the order of the runs of contiguous cells found in that row or column that must be shaded the primary color of the clue. Each primary color's runs are given in order, but their order does not preclude another primary color's clues from preceding any particular clue in other primary colors. For convenience, all clues are listed in red, yellow, then blue order.
The number in the square indicates the sum of the cells in the given run of that primary color. There are no unshaded cells in this puzzle, and all clues are given. There must be at least one cell of another primary color between runs of a particular primary color.
Interaction of primary colors: if two or more primary colors are present in a given cell, they produce a new color that the cell should be shaded. This is similar to mixing paint: yellow + blue = green; yellow + red = orange; red + blue = purple; and all three yields brown.
For instance, if a yellow area is next to a green area, then the yellow clue would be just one clue for the entire run, including the section that is green, but the blue clue would only be for the green section and any immediately following blue section.
Solution code: Row 1 Column 1

What a neat puzzle. The fact no cell can be left unshaded is a neat way to resolve the interactions between the colours in some places.

Nice puzzle! Took me a little under an hour so I would put this at 3 stars difficulty for myself
Panthera: I considered the puzzle easy (not short on time, but easier to do) than most puzzles, so I put the rating at 2 stars.
