- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Modular Lines: each consecutive group of 3 cells on a teal line must contain one digit from each of the following sets: [1,4,7], [2,5,8], and [3,6,9].
- Arrow: digits along an arrow must sum to the number in the attached circle.

Kropki: Digits separated by a black dot must have a ratio of 1:2. Not all dots are given.

The looks of this are deceiving. It looks like you should have more information than you actually do, but the relationship between the modular values to the arrows and later to the Kropki dots made this a joy to solve!
