Inspired by Islands of Insight.
Rules:
Shade some of the white cells (in grey) and leave the rest unshaded (white or green) such that:
all shaded cells form a single orthogonally connected area,
no shaded cell can be orthogonally adjacent to 3 or more shaded cells,
and no horizontal or vertical run of 3 sequential cells can be
unshaded-shaded-unshaded.
Some shaded cells are given (in dark grey) and some unshaded cells are given (in green) and must stay that way.
Solution code: for each of rows 1,3,7,9 the number of shaded cells
