Normal sudoku rules apply.
Break the loop into non overlapping lines such that each line is a palindrome. The length of each palindrome line has to be written on both ends of the line. For clarity, a palindrome line can't be of length 1.

Very Elegant Idea, Great Execution. Had a lot of fun solving it with and without uniqueness (although knowing how the puzzle is supposed to look like made it easier)

Is the length of every line unique?

It's not needed to solve the puzzle but you can get it using a uniqueness argument (which makes the puzzle easier but still hard).
